Abstract

Sposób wytarzania metalowych, kształtowych elementów o wysokiej porowatości, znamienny tym, że jako materiał wyjściowy stosuje się mieszankę proszku metalowego z wypełniaczem, a następnie z tej mieszanki prasuje się surowy półfabrykat, który następnie poddaje się konwencjonalnej obróbce mechanicznej, po czym z surowego półfabrykatu, w powietrzu lub w podciśnieniu lub w atmosferze gazu obojętnego usuwa się wypełniacz, przy czym jako wypełniacz stosuje się mocznik, biuret, melaminę, żywicę melaminową węglan amonowy lub dwuwęglan amonowy. Korzystnym wypełniaczem jest dwuwęglan amonowy lub mocznik. Obróbkę mechaniczną surowego półfabrykatu, pozwalającą na uzyskanie skomplikowanych kształtów elementu przeprowadza się przed spiekaniem, co pozwala na zmniejszone zużycie narzędzia i nie niszczy porów. Surowy półfabrykat jest odporny na nacisk, ponieważ podczas obróbki zawiera jeszcze wypełniacz tworzący pory.
