Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy przenośnika płyt wykonanych z blachy, stosowanego do przemieszczania wielu płyt (1, 1΄) do wewnątrz lub przez obszar roboczy (W; 50), gdzie płyty poddawane są obróbce. Przenośnik według wynalazku obejmuje pierwszy i drugi przenośnik płyt (10, 11, 20), które doprowadzają płyty w kontrolowany sposób do obszaru roboczego (W), gdzie płyty poddawane są obróbce z zachowaniem określonego położenia. Pierwszy podajnik płyt (10, 11) znajduje się od strony wlotu obszaru narzędziowego, zaś drugi podajnik płyt (20) znajduje się od strony wylotu obszaru narzędziowego. Te dwa podajniki płyt (10, 20; 11, 20) przemieszczają się w sposób synchroniczny (x, y) w trakcie przenoszenia płyty (1), przy czym płyta przenoszona w wyniku ruchów synchronicznych utrzymywana jest przez dwa podajniki płyt. Niniejszy wynalazek jest korzystny z tego względu, że pozwala na szybki przebieg i bezpieczeństwo procesu. Umożliwia on zwiększenie prędkości przemieszczania płyty bez ryzyka jej odkształcenia lub utraty płaskiego kształtu.
