Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the number of work processes, and to improve the efficiency of a work by executing the punching in a state that a microjoint part has been left behind, bending a prescribed part of each parts and the microjoint part, and simultaneously, separating plural parts from a plate material to be worked. CONSTITUTION:A plate material to be worked 1 is placed on a press machine, and in a state that a microjoint part 3 for connecting each parts 2 and the plate material to be worked 1 has been left behind so that plural parts 2 are aligned and formed in the plate material 1, punching is executed along an external form of each parts 2 and a notch part 4 is formed. Subsequently, this plate material 1 is placed on a die 5 of a bending machine, and a punch 6 is dropped down. The microjoint part 3 of each parts 2 is cut and each parts 2 are separated simultaneously from the plate material 1. In such a way, as soon as plural parts 2 are separated from the plate material 1, bending in the same part to each parts 2 can be executed in a lump.
