Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku- jest sposób o- trzymywania estru trójmentolowego kwasu oksytrójkarboallylowego (cytrynowego) po¬ legajacy na tym, ze na równowaznik wago¬ wy kwasu oksytrójkarboallylowego dziala sie trzema równowaznikami mentolu, przy czym reakcje przeprowadza sie w odpowied¬ nim rozpuszczalniku, badz tez przez stopie¬ nie ze soba samych wymienionych skladni¬ ków, stosujac w obu przypadkach dodatek substancji odszczepiajacej wode lub tez po¬ mijajac ten dodatek.Otrzymany w ten sposób ester trój men¬ tolowy kwasu oksytrójkarboallylowego mo¬ ze miec zastosowanie w lecznictwie.Przyklad. W okraglej kolbie umieszcza sie suchy kwas oksytrójkarboallylowy do¬ brze roztarty z mentolem w stosunku 200 g kwasu oksytrójkarboallylowego na 430 g mentolu. Kolbe ogrzewa sie do 180° C, prze¬ prowadzajac równoczesnie suchy gazowy HCl Po 4-godzinnym ogrzewaniu oleisty- pro¬ dukt reakcji przemywa sie woda, po czym rozpuszcza sie go w eterze, przemywa roz¬ twór eterowy w rozdzielaczu lugiem roz¬ cienczonym i woda oraz suszy stopionym siarczanem sodu. Po oddestylowaniu eteru otrzymuje sie ciecz zóltawo-oleista, która po pewnym czasie samorzutnie krystalizuje.Otrzymana w ten sposób substancje, beda¬ ca estrem trójmentolowym kwasu oksytrój¬ karboallylowego, oczyszcza sie przez prze- krystalizowanie w benzenie. 1. Zastrzezenie patentowe. Sposób otrzymywania estru trójmentolo- wego kwasu oksytrójkarboallylowego (cy¬ trynowego), znamienny tym, ze kwas oksy- trójkarboallylowy ogrzewa sie z odpowied¬ nia iloscia mentolu, przeprowadzajac reak¬ cje w rozpuszczalniku lub stapia sie te sub¬ stancje, przy czym w obu przypadkach sto¬ suje sie ewentualnie dodatek substancji od- szczepiajacej wode.
