Inna forma znanych opakowan parówek sa woreczki termokurczliwe z folii spozywczej scisle przylegajace do parówek a na folii drukowane sa informacje konieczne dla produktów spozywczych. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru ma postac rekawa z przezroczystej folii spozywczej, który z obu stron spiety jest klipsami, co daje ksztalt batonu. Wewnatrz opakowania ulozone sa luzno w zalewie, cienkie parówki. Na opakowaniu umieszczona jest prostokatna etykieta, która w swojej kompozycji zawiera niezbedne informacje dotyczace produktu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of packaging for a well-known product, namely sausages, manifested in its shape and the way the sausages are arranged, as well as the color and arrangement of individual decorative elements placed on the packaging. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustration, which shows the packaging from a top view. Known sausage packaging is shaped as rigid, rectangular extrusions of food foil, in which dry sausages are arranged, and labels containing essential information about the product and the manufacturer are glued or printed on the packaging. Another form of well-known sausage packaging is shrink-wrapped bags made of food foil that fit tightly around the sausages, and the foil prints the necessary information for the food product. The packaging, according to the design, is a sleeve made of transparent food foil, fastened with clips on both sides, creating the shape of a bar. Inside, thin sausages are loosely arranged in a brine. A rectangular label is placed on the packaging, which contains essential information about the product. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The packaging for the sausages, according to the industrial design, is shaped like a bar with a circular cross-section, with a bar diameter of 60 mm and a length of 210 mm. Within the bar, thin sausages are loosely arranged in a brine, each in an edible casing. The bar is rigid and will not deform under normal commercial conditions. The product can be consumed cold or warm, and instructions for warm preparation are provided on a large rectangular label (instructions not shown here). The label has been filed for protection at the Patent Office under trademark category Z-434697. The label is bordered with gold piping and has a white background. Only around the well-known figurative element with the word "Duda" (Z-429542) are light green spots - clouds, which on the right side of the element turn into yellow spots. In the upper part of the label, to the right above the well-known figurative element with the word "Duda" on a red ribbon, slightly curved upwards, is the information "NEW". Below the ribbon, parallel to its bend, the advantages of the new product are written in four lines: "In a natural marinade, they are aromatic and juicier than regular sausages." Below the well-known figurative element with the word "Duda", is the name of the product "Parówki" (Fries), the color of the letters is navy blue. Below, on a yellow ribbon, slightly bent upwards at the right end, is the inscription "w zalewe" (in brine), the letters white. Below the yellow ribbon, parallel to it, is a second, narrower, red ribbon, with the inscription "wieprzowe" (pork), the letters white, and the font as in the word "w zalewe" (in brine). On the left side of the ribbons is a circular emblem reading "Excellent pork meat," with the above inscription placed around the circumference of the circle, and in the center is a drawing of a pig with a curled tail. The inscription and the drawing are navy blue. Below the ribbons are three sausages, and next to them are sliced tomatoes, green mint leaves, parsley leaves, and various spice seeds. The bottom of the label is filled with information about the product: "82% meat" written in two lines, the inscription color is navy blue, and a navy blue ribbon with the information written in the third line: "tender and juicy, exceptionally thin, perfect for a family breakfast", solid white. At the lowest point of the label, in a rounded shape, there is the internal symbol "Safety Certificate A*".
