Opis wynalazku
Przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku jest wyrób powlekany, zawierający powłokę osadzoną na podłożu, obejmujący warstwę metalu albo azotku metalu umieszczoną pomiędzy warstwą odbijającą IR (np. warstwą Ag) i tlenkową warstwą barierową, (np. NiCrOx).
Tło wynalazku
Wyroby powlekane przewidziane do celów regulacji promieniowania słonecznego są dobrze znane. Na przykład, patrz opis patentowy o numerze US 5,344,718, który ujawnia stos warstw ułożony ze: szkła/Si3N4/NiCr/Ag/NiCr/Si3N4. W powłokach takich jak ta, warstwy barierowe z NiCr zwykle stosuje się w celu zabezpieczenia Ag (srebra) w powłokach typu nisko-E.
Niestety, metaliczny NiCr charakteryzuje się wysoką absorpcją, która zmniejsza transmitancję końcowego wyrobu powlekanego. Ze względu na ten problem związany z wysoką absorpcją, pożądane produkty o wysokiej transmisji w zakresie widzialnym wymusiły stosowanie bardzo cienkich warstw barierowych NiCr. W korzystnej postaci wykonania wyrób powlekany stanowi wyrób, w którym warstwa odbijająca IR zawiera Ag, a warstwa kontaktowa z metalu albo azotku metalu zawiera co najmniej jeden z NiCr i CrNx.

Claims (4)
1. Wyrób powlekany zawierający powłokę osadzoną na podłożu, przy czym powłoka obejmuje warstwę tlenkową zawierającą tlenek metalu albo stopu metalu, metaliczną warstwę odbijającą podczerwień (IR), znamienny tym, że zawiera ponadto warstwę kontaktową z metalu albo azotku metalu umieszczoną pomiędzy i stykająca się z każdą z metalicznych warstw odbijających podczerwień (IR) i warstwą tlenkową; i w którym warstwa kontaktowa z metalu albo azotku metalu zawiera ten sam metal albo stop metalu co warstwa tlenkowa, a warstwa tlenkowa zawiera NiCrOx.
2. Wyrób powlekany według zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, że warstwa odbijająca IR zawiera Ag.
3. Wyrób powlekany według zastrz. 2, znamienny tym, że warstwa kontaktowa z metalu albo azotku metalu zawiera co najmniej jeden z NiCr i CrNx.
4. Wyrób powlekany według zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, że wyrób powlekany jest określony poprzez oporność warstwową (Rs) nie większą od 20 omów/jednostkę powierzchni, i transmisję w zakresie widzialnym co najmniej 70%.
