Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim mleka, przetworów mlecznych, a tak ze soków i napojów. Butelka mo ze te z znajdowa c za- stosowanie jako opakowanie innego rodzaju wyrobów. Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, kszta ltów, struktur e i materia l. Nowa posta c butelki przejawia si e w jej kszta lcie, uk ladzie linii i konturach. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje si e do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego zosta l zaprezentowany na za laczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje butelk e w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawia butelk e w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - uwidacznia butelk e w widoku od spodu, natomiast fig. 4 - w widoku ogólnym. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemys lowym jest wykonana, korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Posiada ona czesc zbiornikow a, zaopatrzon a u góry w szyjk e. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemys lowego nale zy zaliczy c, ze cz esc zbiornikowa butelki jest ukszta ltowana w formie bry ly, której dolna cz esci ma posta c walca, przechodz acego u góry w kopu le, zw ezaj ac a si e ku szyjce butelki. Na obwodzie walca znajduje si e zdobienie w postaci poziomych, rów- noleg lych wzgl edem siebie, rozmieszczonych w równych odleg lo sciach jedna od drugiej bruzd. The bottle may also be used as packaging for other types of products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the bottom, and Fig. 4 shows the overall view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is made, preferably of plastic. It has a reservoir section with a neck at the top. The essential features of the industrial design include that the reservoir section of the bottle is shaped like a solid, the lower part of which is a cylinder, which at the top forms a dome, narrowing towards the neck of the bottle. The circumference of the cylinder is decorated with horizontal, parallel grooves spaced at equal distances. The lower edge of the bottle is rounded. The dome of the bottle is decorated with grooves spaced evenly, connected at the bottom by arc-like lines. The grooves are arranged around the dome in radiant lines.
