Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu opakowania typu „blister" zawierajacego odswiezacze powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia opakowanie typu „blister" zawierajace odswiezacze powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- opakowanie w widoku z przodu, fig.3- opakowanie w widoku z boku, fig.4- opakowanie w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- opakowanie w widoku z tylu, fig.6- opakowanie w widoku z góry, a fig.7- opakowanie w widoku z dolu. Opakowanie typu „blister" zawierajace odswiezacze powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: podkladka ma zarys prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami, a w jej polu znajduja sie dwie pary symetrycznych otworów, z których kazdy ma zarys kwadratu z zaokraglonyminarozami, przy czym w otworach widoczne sa odswiezacze powietrza. Krawedzie dolne dwóch odswiezaczy polozonych w otworach dolnych pokrywaja sie z dolna krawedzia podkladki opakowania nieco wystajac poza krawedzie boczne podkladki. Nad dolnymi odswiezaczami usytuowane sa kolejne dwa odswiezacze, polozone tak, ze ich dolne krawedzie przylegaja do górnych krawedzi odswiezaczy dolnych. Krawedzie zewnetrzne czterech odswiezaczy tworza ksztalt prostokata, którego zarys wychodzi poza obrys podkladki opakowania. We wnetrzu kazdego odswiezacza widoczne sa cztery elementy walcowe, znajdujace sie w obrebie prostokatnego okienka odswiezacza, przyslonietego przeslona, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.2FIG.5 FIG.6 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a blister pack containing air fresheners. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the blister pack containing air fresheners. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 shows a blister pack containing air fresheners in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the pack in a front view, fig. 3 - the pack in a side view, fig. 4 - the pack in a view from the other side, fig. 5 - the pack in a back view, fig. 6 - the pack in a top view, and fig. 7 - the pack in a bottom view. A blister pack containing air fresheners in an industrial design has the following key features: the pad has a rectangular shape with rounded corners, and within it are two pairs of symmetrical holes, each of which has a square shape with rounded corners, with the air fresheners visible in the holes. The lower edges of the two air fresheners placed in the lower holes align with the lower edge of the packaging pad, protruding slightly beyond the side edges of the pad. Two more air fresheners are positioned above the lower air fresheners, positioned so that their lower edges are flush with the upper edges of the lower air fresheners. The outer edges of the four air fresheners form a rectangle, the outline of which extends beyond the outline of the packaging pad.
