Abstract

Se refiere a una molecula de ADN recombinante que comprende una secuencia de ADN codificante de un peptido de transito de cloroplastos (CTP) unida operativamente a una secuencia de ADN codificante de una dicamba monooxigenasa (DMO) o una protoporfirinogeno oxidasa (PPO), donde el CTP comprende una secuencia que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID NO:1-3. Tambien se refiere a un metodo para producir una planta con tolerancia a herbicidas. Dichas moleculas son utiles para conferir tolerancia o resistencia a herbicidas a plantas.
