Claims (11)
1. Molekula rekombinantne DNK koja sadrži DNK sekvencu koja kodira tranzitni peptid kloroplasta (CTP) iz SEQ ID NO:1, operativno povezan sa sekvencom DNK koja kodira (i) dikamba monooksigenazu (DMO) iz SEQ ID NO: 18 ili 20, ili (ii) protoporfirinogen oksidazu (PPO) iz SEQ ID NO: 43, 40, 50, ili 54.
2. Molekula rekombinantne DNK prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što DNK sekvenca koja kodira CTP sadrži sekvencu odabranu iz skupine koju čine SEQ ID NO:7-11.
3. Molekula rekombinantne DNK prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time što sekvenca DNK koja kodira DMO ili PPO sadrži sekvencu odabranu iz skupine koja sadrži SEQ ID NO: 28, 30, 71, 74, 76, 81, 85, 88, 93, 96, i 98.
4. Konstrukt DNK, naznačen time što sadrži molekulu DNK prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3 operativno povezanu s heterolognim promotorom funkcionalnim u biljnoj stanici.
5. Transgena biljka, biljna stanica, dio biljke ili sjeme koje sadrži molekulu DNK
prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, ili konstrukt DNK iz zahtjeva 4.
6. Transgena biljka, biljna stanica, dio biljke ili sjeme prema zahtjevu 5, naznačeni time što je biljka jednosupnica ili dvosupnica.
7. Postupak za proizvodnju biljke otporne na herbicide naznačen time što obuhvaća korake:
a) transformiranje biljne stanice s DNK konstruktom prema zahtjevu 4, i
b) regeneriranje biljke iz transformirane biljne stanice koja sadrži DNK konstrukt.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što je regenerirana biljka tolerantna na herbicid odabran iz skupine koju čine dikamba i inhibitor PPO.
9. Postupak ekspresije dikamba monooksigenaze (DMO) ili protoporfirinogen oksidaze (PPO) koji se sastoji od uvođenja konstrukta DNK prema zahtjevu 4 u biljnu stanicu pomoću
(a) Agrobacterium transformacije;
(b) bombardiranja česticama DNK; ili
(c) umetanja konstrukta DNK u biljni genom na unaprijed određeno mjesto postupcima mutageneze usmjerene na mjesto.
10. Postupak za kontrolu rasta korova u okruženju uzgoja usjeva koji obuhvaća korake:
a) sadnju biljke ili sjemena prema zahtjevu 5 u okoliš za uzgoj usjeva; i
b) primjenu na okoliš za uzgoj usjeva
(i) dikamba u količini između 1,12 kg ai/ha do 17,92 kg ai/ha ili
(ii) u slučaju herbicida inhibitora PPO
S-3100 u količini od 40-160 g ai/ha,
fomesafena u količini od 420-1680 g ai/ha ,
acifluorfena u količini od 420-1680 g ai/ha,
laktofena u količini od 220-880 g ai/ha,
flumioksazina u količini od 105-420 g ai/ha,
sulfentrazona u količini od 420-1680 g ai/ha, ili
saflufenacila u količini od 100-400 g ai/ha.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što je biljka jednosupnica ili dvosupnica ili njezino sjeme.
