Abstract
En anordning for hydroforming av et rørfonmet metallemne har en senkekonstruksjon (12), en kilde til hydroformende væske, en hydraulisk drevet innretning (36) for anlegg mot rørende, en hydraulisk drevet trykkøkende anordning (l 10) og en eneste hydraulisk kraftkilde (22). Innretning (36) for anlegg mot rørende tetter motstående ender av det rørformede metallemnet (T) i senkehulrommet og er bevegelig for i lengderetningen å trykke sammen det rørformede metallemnet (T). Innretningen for anlegg mot rørende mottar hydroformende væske fra kilden til hydroformende væske og har en tilførselsåpning for hydroformende væske gjennom hvilken hydroformende væske kan tilføres det rørformede metallemnet. Den hydraulisk drevne trykkøkende anordning (110) er bevegelig for å trykksette den hydroformende væske som tilføres det indre av det rørformede metallemnet for derved å utvide en diameter på dette emnet. En eneste hydraulisk kraftkilde (22) tilfører den hydrauliske væske under trykk til den hydraulisk drevne trykkøkende anordning (110) for å bevege den trykkøkende anordning (l 10) og dermed trykksette den hydroformende væske som er tilført det indre av det rørformede metallemnet og ekspandere diameteren på det rørfbnnede metallemnet slik at dets utvendige flate svarer til den innvendige flate i senken. Den eneste hydrauliske kraftkilde (22) tilfører også hydraulisk væske under trykk til den hydraulisk drevne innretning for anlegg mot rørende for å sette innretningen (36) for anlegg mot rørende i stand til i lengderetningen å trykke sammen det rørformede metallemnet og bringe metallmaterialet i det diametralt ekspanderte rørformede emnet til å flyte i lengderetningen innad for å etterfylle en veggtykkelse på det diametralt ekspanderte rørformede metallemnet og ( ' opprettholde veggtykkelsen for dette innen et på forhånd bestemt område.
