Abstract
En automatisk korkfjerner fjerner korkene fra tilkapsiede prøverør ved å gripe om korken på et prøverør med den øvre gripeinnretningen (22) og holde korken stasjonært mens prøverøret blir roten og translatert nedover med den nedre gripeinnretningen (24). I en foretrukket utførelses- form innbefatter den øvre gripeinnretningen tre kjever (40-42) koblet til en kam som skal beveges, som passende, fra en første posisjon, i hvilken en prøverørskork kan bli innført mellom kjevene, til en andre posisjon, i hvilken kjevene griper den innførte korken. Den øvre gripeinnretningen er montert til en korkfjerningsarm (12) som er dreibar mellom en første posisjon ovenfor den nedre gripeinnretningen, i hvilken korkfjerning finner sted, til en andre posisjon ovenfor korkfjernerens ytre, hvor den forblir mens prøverøret blir ført inn i eller fjernet fra den nedre gripeinnretningen, og der en fjernet kork kan bli frigjort til en beholder for deponering eller gjenbruk. Den nedre gripeinnretningen innbefatter et par hevarmer (106, 108) for å holde prøverøret. Den nedre gripeinnretningen danner en del av en roterbar sammen- stilling som beveges opp mot den øvre gripeinnretningen og ned og vekk fra den øvre gripe- innretningen langs en styreskrue.
