Description
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører anvendelsen av i det minste
et lantanid-, mangan-, tinn eller yttriumsalt i et kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk preparat som substans P antagonist, eller for fremstillingen av et farmasøytisk, dermatologisk eller kosmetisk preparat for behandling av lidelser forbundet med usedvanlig stor syntese og/eller frigivelse av substans P og mer spesielt av følsom hud.
Polypeptider som tilhører takykinin-familien eksisterer i pattedyr som induserer raske kontraksjoner av de glatte muskelfibre. Blant forbindelsene i denne familie skal det nevnes P-neurokinin, a-neurokinin og substans P.
Substans P er en kjemisk polypeptid-bestanddel (undecapeptid) som dannes og frigis ved en nerveende. Lokaliseringen av substans P er spesifikk for neuronene, både i
sentralnervesystemet og i de perifere organer. Svært mange organer eller vev mottar således afferenser av substans P
neuroner, og disse er særlig spyttkjertlene, magesekk, ^'^ah^kre^as, tarm (i den sistnevnte er fordelingen av substans P
avleiret på den indre Meissners og Auerbachs nerve-plexus),
det kardiovaskulære system, thyreoida, hud, iris og ciliærlegemer, blære og selvsagt sentralnervesystemet og det perifere nervesystem.
I kraft av den ubikvitære fordeling av substans P, er svært mange lidelser forbundet med en alt for stor syntese og/eller frigivelse av substans P.
Substans P er involvert i særlig transmisjon av smerte
(dental, cutan, tympanisk) og i sykdommer i sentralnervesystemet (f.eks. angst, psykose, neuropatier,
neurodegenerative lidelser av typen Alzheimers senil demens, demens hos aidspasienter, Parkinson's sykdom, Down's syndrom, Korsakoff's syndrom, multippel sklerose, schizofreni, psykotiske lidelser), i respirasjonssykdommer (f.eks. bronko-pneumoni, hoste, emfysem, bronkiolitt) og in f1amma tor i s ke sykdommer, (som f.eks. revmatoid arteritt), i allergiske

Anvendelsen av en substans P antagonist er et av de terapeutiske alternativer som er effektive ved alle de tilstander som er nevnt i det foregående.
Substans P antagonist skal forstås til å bety enhver forbindelse som er i stand til delvis, eller til og med fullstendig, å inhibere den biologiske effekt av substans P. For at en substans skal oppfattes som en substans P antagonist, bør den spesielt indusere en koherent farmakologisk respons (som eventuelt inkluderer dens binding til substans P reseptoren) særlig i en av følgende tester: antagonistsubstansen bør redusere ekstravasasjonen av plasma over den vaskulære vegg indusert ved capsaicin eller ved en antidrom nervestimulering, eller alternativt antagonistsubstansen bør bevirke inhibering av kontraksjonen av den glatte muskulatur indusert ved administrering av substans P.
Opp til nå har substans P antagonister blitt anvendt til å behandle lidelser som indikert i det foregående og som nevnt i en rekke dokumenter.
Ingen av disse dokumenter betrakter eller foreslår imidlertid at et lantanid-, mangan-, yttrium- eller tinnsalt kan ha en substans P antagonistaktivitet som definert i det foregående og kan derfor anvendes særlig for å behandle lidelser som indikert i det foregående.
Søker har nå funnet at et salt valgt fra lantanid-, mangan-, tinn- og yttriumsalter svarer til de egenskaper som er definert som karakteriserende for en substans P antagonist og de kan derfor anvendes som substans P antagonist.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører således anvendelse av minst ett salt valgt fra lantanid-, mangan-, tinn- og yttriumsalter og en blanding derav som substans P antagonist i et kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk preparat.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører også anvendelsen av i det minste ett salt valgt fra lantanid-, mangan-, tinn- og yttriumsalter og en blanding derav for fremstillingen av et kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk preparat som skal anvendes for å behandle lidelser forbundet med en alt for stor syntese og/eller frigivelse av substans P.
Lantanid forstås til å mene elementene med atomtall z som strekker seg fra 57 til 71, dvs. lantan, cerium, praseodym, neodym, prometium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium og lutetium.
Oppfinnelsen kan anvendes i forbindelse med alle de lidelser som har tilknytning til en alt for stor syntese og/eller frigivelse av substans P som er nevnt i det foregående.
I henhold til et særlig aspekt vedgår således den foreliggende oppfinnelse anvendelsen av minst ett lantanid-, mangan-, tinn- eller yttriumsalt i et kosmetisk eller dermatologisk preparat eller for fremstillingen av et farmasøytisk preparat som er bestemt for behandling av lidelser i sentralnervesystemet, respiratoriske lidelser, allergiske syndromer, inflammasjon, smerte, gastrointestinale lidelser, hudlidelser, fibrose, kollagen maturitet-lidelser, kardiovaskulære lidelser, vasospastiske lidelser,
immunologiske lidelser såvel som lidelser i urinveier eller genitalier, oftalmiske og pankreaslidelser.
I forbindelse med hudlidelser, er det kjent at enkelte hudtyper er mer følsomme enn andre. Symptomer på følsom hud har imidlertid inntil nå vært dårligkarakterisertog problemet for disse hudtyper var derfor dårlig definert, ingen visste nøyaktig den prosess som var involvert i forbindelse med hudfølsomhet. Noen mente at en følsom hud var en hud som reagerte overfor kosmetiske produkter, andre mente at det var en hud som reagerte mot en rekke eksterne faktorer, ikke nødvendigvis knyttet til kosmetiske produkter. Følsom hud ble også assimilert med allergisk hud.
Det er blitt utviklet tester for å vurdere følsom hud, som
f.eks. tester basert på melkesyre og DMSO som er kjent for å
være irriterende substanser; se f.eks. artikkelen av K. Lammintausta et al., Dermatoses, 1988, 36, sidene 45 - 49; og artiklene til T. Agner og J. Serup, Clinical and Experimental Dermatology, 1989, 14, sidene 214-217.
På grunn av mangel på innsikt når det gjelder kjennetegnene
på følsom hud, har det opp til nå vært vanskelig og til og med umulig å behandle slik hud. De er i realiteten blitt behandlet indirekte, f.eks. ved å begrense, i kosmetiske eller dermatologiske preparater, bruken av produkter med en irriterende natur som surfaktanter, konserveringsmidler eller parfymer såvel som bruk av visse kosmetiske eller dermatologiske aktive midler.
Etter en rekke kliniske tester har søkerne nå vært i stand til å bestemme de symptomer som er forbundet med følsom hud. Disse symptomer er spesielt subjektive kjennetegn som hovedsakelig er dysestesi-fornemmelser. Dysestesi-fornemmelser skal forstås til å bety følelser som er smertefulle i større eller mindre grad, og som føles i et hudområde som prikking, kløe, sviing eller pruritus, brenning, inflammasjon, ubehag, stikkende smerte og lignende.
Søkeren har i tillegg vært i stand til å vise at en følsom hud ikke var en allergisk hud. En allergisk hud er i realiteten en hud som reagerer overfor et ytre middel, et allergen, som utløser en allergisk reaksjon. Det er en immunologisk prosess som kun skjer når et allergen er tilstede og som kun berører sensibiliserte individer. Det viktigste kjennetegn på en følsom hud er i henhold til søker, i motsetning til det ovennevnte, en mekanisme med respons på ytre faktorer som kan ramme et hvilket som helst individ, selv om de såkalte individer med følsom hud reagerer raskere enn andre. Denne mekanisme er ikke immunologisk, den er uspesifikk.
Søkerne har funnet at følsom hud kan oppdeles i to kliniske hovedformer, irritabel og/eller reaktiv hud og intolerant hud.
En irritabel og/eller reaktiv hud er en hud som reagerer gjennom en pruritus, dvs. gjennom kløe eller gjennom stikking, på forskjellige faktorer som miljø/omgivelser, emosjoner, næringsmidler, vind, frottering/gnidning, på barbering, såpe, surfaktanter, hardt vann med en høy kalk-konsentrasjon, temperaturvariasjoner eller på ull. Generelt er disse kjennetegn forbundet med en tørr hud med eller uten utslett, eller en hud med erytem.
En intolerant hud er en hud som reagerer gjennom følelser av inflammasjon, stikkende smerte, kløe og/eller rødming, på forskjellige faktorer som omgivelser/miljø, følelser, næringsmidler og visse kosmetiske eller dermatologiske produkter eller såpe. Generelt er disse kjennetegn forbundet med en hyperseborroisk eller akne-tilbøyelig hud, eller til og med rosacea-lignende hud med eller uten utslett, og med et erytem.
"Følsomme" hodebunner har en mer entydig klinisk semiologi; fornemmelser av pruritus og/eller stikking og/eller inflammasjon utløses hovedsakelig ved lokale faktorer som gnidning, såpe, surfaktanter, hardt vann med en høy kalk-konsentrasjon, shampoer eller lotioner. Disse fornemmelser utløses også noen ganger ved faktorer som miljø/omgivelser, ved emosjoner og/eller næringsmidler eller kosmetiske eller dermatologiske produkter. Et erytem og en hyperseborre i hodebunnen såvel som en flasstilstand er ofte forbundet med de foregående kjennetegn.
I noen anatomiske områder som i store hudfolder (inguinal, tenital, axillær, popliteal, anal eller sub-mammaregioner, albue-hudfolder) og på føttene, kan følsom hud resultere i kløende fornemmelser og/eller dysestesi-fornemmelser (inflammasjon, stikking) som spesielt er forbundet med svette, med frottering/gnidning, ull, surfaktanter, visse kosmetiske preparater, hardt vann med en høy konsentrasjon av kalk og/eller med temperaturvariasjoner.
For å bestemme om en hud er følsom eller ikke, har søkerne også utviklet en test. Etter å ha gjennomført et stort antall tester med det formål å definere følsom hud, har man overraskende funnet at det var en forbindelse mellom mennesker med følsom hud og dem som reagerte på en topisk påføring av capsaicin.
Testen basert på capsaicin utgjøres av at omtrent 4 cm<2>hud påføres 0,05 ml av en krem som omfatter 0,075% capsaicin og den omfatter at man merker seg tilstedeværelsen av subjektive kjennetegn som bevirkes ved denne påføring, som stikking, brenning og kløing. I individer med følsom hud fremkommer disse kjennetegn mellom 3 og 2 0 minutter etter påføringen og de etterfølges av tilsynekomst av et erytem som begynner i utkanten av påføringsområdet.
Inntil nå er capsaicin blitt anvendt som et medisinsk produkt, særlig for å behandle smerter i forbindelse med helvetesild. Capsaicin fører til frigivelse av neuropeptider, og spesielt av takykininene som kommer fra nerveender i epidermis og i dermis. Man har observert at det fysiopatologiske spor som er felles for alle tilstander av følsom hud var forbundet med en høy evne til å frigi takykininer og mer spesielt substans P i huden. Dysestesi-manifestasjoner bevirket ved deres frigivelse betegnes "neurogenisk".
De kliniske kjennetegn på følsom hud er hovedsakelig subjektive: stikking, kløing, pruritus, stikkende smerte og inflammasjon, og er noen ganger forbundet med erytem. Disse kjennetegn skyldes uspesifikke eksterne faktorer. Symptomene fremstår til hovedsakelig å være lokalisert i ansikt, på halsen og i hodebunnen, og kan også fremkomme på hele kroppen.
Søkerne har således funnet at et av de essensielle kjennetegn med følsom hud er forbundet med frigivelse og/eller syntesen av substans P og man har derfor funnet at anvendelsen av substans P antagonister kan gjøre det mulig å oppnå en preventiv og/eller helbredende effekt for følsom hud.
For å behandle følsom hud har søkerne derfor overveiet bruk av substans P antagonister. Man har overraskende i realiteten observert at innlemmelsen av substans P antagonist i et preparat for topisk anvendelse gjør det mulig å unngå irritasjon og/eller dysestesi-fornemmelser og/eller pruritus i huden og/eller slimhinner.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører derfor følgelig mer spesielt anvendelsen av minst ett salt valgt fra lantanid-, mangan-, tinn- eller yttriumsalter i et kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk preparat eller for fremstillingen av et farmasøytisk, kosmetisk eller dermatologisk preparat som skal anvendes for å behandle følsom hud.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører således anvendelsen av
i det minste ett salt valgt fra lantanid-, mangan-, tinn-
eller yttriumsalter i et kosmetisk eller dermatologisk preparat, i eller for fremstillingen av et farmasøytisk preparat som skal anvendes for å forebygge og/eller for å bekjempe hudirritasjoner og/eller utslett og/eller erytem og/eller fornemmelser av inflammasjon og/eller dysestesi og/eller pruritus i huden og/eller slimhinnene.
Saltene som anvendes kan f.eks. være karbonater,
bikarbonater, sulfater, glycerofosfater, borater, klorider, nitrater, acetater, hydroksyder, persulfater, såvel som salter av a-hydroksysyrer (citrater,. tartrater, laktater,
malater) eller av fruktsyrer, eller alternativt salter av aminosyrer (aspartat, arginat, glykocholat, fumarat) eller salter av fettsyrer (palmitat, oleat, kaseinat, behenat)..
Klorider og nitrater av særlig neodym, gadolinium eller
yttrium anvendes foretrukket.
I henhold til oppfinnelsen kan saltet anvendes i en mengde
som strekker seg fra 10~<5>% til 2 0% av totalvekten av preparatet, og foretrukket i en mengde som strekker seg fra 10 _ o % til 15% av totalvekten av preparatet, og særlig fra 0,5 til 8% av totalvekten av preparatet. Saltet kan anvendes i et preparat som skal inntas oralt, injiseres og som skal påføres på huden (på ethvert hudområde på kroppen), i håret,
på neglene eller slimhinner (buccal, jugal, gingival,
genital, anal, nasal, konjunktival). I henhold til den administreringsmåte som anvendes, kan dette preparat tilveiebringes i hver av de galeniske former som normalt anvendes.
For topisk påføring på huden, kan preparatet særlig være i form av en vandig, en vandig-alkoholisk eller oljeaktig oppløsning eller i form av en oljeaktig suspensjon eller av en dispersjon av typen lotion eller av serumtype, av emulsjoner av flytende eller halvflytende konsistens av typen melk, som oppnås ved å dispergere en fettholdig fase i en vandig fase (O/V) eller motsatt (V/0), eller av suspensjoner eller emulsjoner med bløt konsistens av kremtypen eller av vandige eller vannfrie geler, av mikroemulsjoner eller alternativt mikrokapsler eller mikropartikler, eller av vesikulære dispersjoner av ionisk og/eller ikke-ionisk type. Disse preparater fremstilles i henhold til vanlig anvendte metoder.
De kan også anvendes for håret i form av vandige, alkoholiske eller vandig-alkoholiske oppløsninger, i form av kremer, geler, emulsjoner eller skum.
For injeksjon kan preparatene være i form av en vandig lotion, en oljeaktig suspensjon eller i form av et serum. For øynene kan det være i form av dråper og for oralt inntak kan det være tilveiebragt i form av kapsler, granuler, siruper eller tabletter.
Mengden av de forskjellige bestanddeler i preparatene i henhold til oppfinnelsen er dem som vanligvis anvendes innen de områder som overveies.
Disse preparater utgjør spesielt rensekremer, beskyttelseskremer, behandlings- eller pleiekremer for ansiktet, for hendene eller føttene, for store anatomiske folder eller for kroppen (f.eks. dagkremer, nattkremer, kremer for å fjerne make up, underlagskremer, solbeskyttelseskremer), fluide underlagskremer, melk for fjerning av make up, kroppsbeskyttelses- eller kroppspleiemelk, "aftersun" melk, lotion, geler eller skum for hudpleie, som renselotioner, "aftersun" lotioner, lotioner som anvendes for kunstig brunfarge, badepreparater, deodorantpreparater omfattende et baktericid middel, etterbarberingsgeler eller lotioner, hårfjerningskremer, preparater mot innsektbitt, anti-smertepreparater, preparater for å behandle visse hudsykdommer som eksem, rosacea, psoriasis, lichen, alvorlig pruritus og dem angitt i det foregående.
Preparatene i henhold til oppfinnelsen kan også utgjøres av faste preparater som omfatter rensekaker eller rensesåper.
Preparatene kan også være emballert i form av et aerosol-preparat som også omfatter et trykksatt drivmiddel.
Saltet som anvendes i henhold til oppfinnelsen kan også være innlemmet i forskjellige preparater for hårpleie, særlig shampoer, lotioner for hårlegging, behandlingslotioner, kremer eller geler for hårformgivning, fargepreparater (særlig oksydasjonsfarger), eventuelt i form av fargeleggings-shampoer, lotioner for hårrestrukturering, permanentkrøll-preparater, (særlig preparater for første trinn av en permanentkrølling), lotioner eller geler for å forhindre hårtap, anti-parasittiske shampoer og lignende.
Preparatene kan også være for dental-buckal anvendelse, f.eks. en tannpasta. I et slikt tilfelle kan preparatene inneholdende vanlige adjuvanser og additiver for preparater for oral anvendelse og særlig overflateaktive midler, fortykningsmidler, fuktemidler, poleringsmidler som silika, forskjellige aktive bestanddeler som fluorider, særlig natriumfluorid og eventuelt søtningsmidler som natrium-sakkarinat.
Når preparatet er en emulsjon, kan andelen av fettfase strekke seg fra 5 til 80 vekt%, og foretrukket fra 5 til 50 vekt% i forhold til totalvekten av preparatet. Oljene, voksene, emulgeringsmidlene og ko-emulgeringsmidlene som anvendes i preparatet i form av en emulsjon velges fra dem som vanligvis anvendes innen det kosmetiske området. Emulgeringsmidlet og ko-emulgeringsmidlet er tilstede i preparatet i en mengdeandel som strekker seg fra 0,3 til 3 0 vekt%, foretrukket fra 0,5 til-20 vekt% i forhold til totalvekten av preparatet. Emulsjonen kan i tillegg inneholde lipidvesikler.
Når preparatet er en oljeaktig gel eller oppløsning, kan fettfasen representere mer enn 90% av totalvekten av preparatet.
På kjent måte kan det farmasøytiske preparat også inneholde adjuvanser som normalt anvendes innen det farmasøytiske område, som hydrofile eller lipofile geleringsmidler, hydrofile eller lipofile hjelpestoffer, konserveringsmidler, antioksydanter, løsningsmidler, parfymer, fyllstoffer, solbeskyttelsesmidler, odør-absorbsjonsmidler og fargestoffer. Mengden av disse forskjellige adjuvanser er dem som vanligvis anvendes innen det kosmetiske området, og er f.eks. fra 0,01 til 20% av totalvekten av preparatet. Avhengig av deres natur kan disse adjuvanser innføres i fettfasen, i den vandige fase og/eller inn i lipidkuler.
Som oljer eller vokser som kan anvendes i forbindelse med oppfinnelsen, skal man nevne mineraloljer, vegetabilske oljer (soyabønneolje, palmeolje, flytende fraksjon av bassiasmør, solsikkeolje), animalske oljer (perhydrosqualen), syntetiske oljer, silikonolje eller vokser (cyklometikon, dimetikon) og fluorerte oljer (perfluorpolyetere). Fettalkoholer (cetylalkohol), fettsyrer (stearinsyre) og vokser (bivoks, karnaubavoks og parafinvoks) kan tilsettes disse oljer.
Som emulgeringsmiddel som kan anvendes i forbindelse med oppfinnelsen, skal man f.eks. nevne glycerolstearat, PEG-100 stearat, polyglyceryl-3-hydroksylauryleter og polysorbat 60.
Som løsningsmidler som kan anvendes i forbindelse med oppfinnelsen, skal man nevne lavere alkoholer, særlig etanol og isopropanol og propylenglykol.
Som hydrofile geleringsmidler som kan anvendes i forbindelse med oppfinnelsen, skal man nevne karboksyvinylpolymerer (karbomer), akrylkopolymerer som akrylat/akrylakrylat-kopolymerer, polyakrylamider, polysakkarider som hydroksypropylcellulose, naturlige gummier og leirer, og som lipofile geleringsmidler kan'man nevne modifiserte leirer som bentonitter, metallsalter av fettsyrer som aluminiumstearater og hydrofob silika, etylcellulose og polyetylen.
Preparatene kan inneholde andre hydrofile aktive midler som proteiner eller proteinhydrolysater, aminosyrer, polyoler, urea, allantoin, sukkere og sukkerderivater, vann-oppløselige vitaminer, vegetabilske eller bakterieekstrakter og stivelse.
Som lipofile aktive midler kan det anvendes retinol (vitamin A) og dens derivater, tokoferol (vitamin E) og dens derivater, essensielle fettsyrer, ceramider, eteriske oljer.
I henhold til oppfinnelsen kan det blant annet med lantanid-, mangan-, tinn- og yttriumsalter kombineres andre aktive midler som særlig er beregnet for forebygging og/eller behandling av hudtilstander. Blant disse aktive midler skal det f.eks. nevnes: modulerende midler for hudpigmentering og/eller proliferasjon og/eller differensiering som retinolsyre og dens isomerer, retinol og dens estere, vitamin D og dens derivater, østrogener som østradiol, kojisyre eller hydrokinon,
antibakterielle midler som clindamycinfosfat, erytromycin eller antibiotika av tetracyklinklassen, antiparasittmidler, særlig metronidazol, crotamiton eller pyretrinoidene,
antisoppmidler, særlig forbindelser som tilhører imidazolklassen som econazol, ketoconazol eller mikronazol eller deres salter, polyenforbindelser som amfotericin B, forbindelser av allylaminfamilien, som terbinafin, eller alternativt oktopiroks;
antivirusmidler som acyklovir,
steroide anti-inflammatoriske midler som hydrokortison, betametasonvalerat eller klobetasolpropionat, eller ikke-steroide anti-inflammatoriske midler som ibuprofen og salter derav, diklofenak og dens salter, acetylsalicylsyre, acetaminofen eller glycyrrhetinsyre,
anestesimidler som lidokainhydroklorid og dets derivater,
anti-kløemidler som tenaldin, trimeprazin eller cyproheptadin,
keratolytiske midler som alfa- og beta-hydroksykarboksylsyrer eller -ketokarboksylsyrer, deres salter, amider eller estere og mer spesielt hydroksysyre som glykolsyre, melkesyre, salisylsyre, sitronsyre og generelt fruktsyrer og n-oktanoyl-5-salisylsyre,
midler mot frie radikaler som alfa-tocoferol og dens estere, superoksyddismutaser, visse metallchelatorer eller askorbinsyre og dens estere,
anti-seborroiske midler som progesteron, anti-flassmidler som oktopirox eller sinkpyrition, anti-aknemidler som retinolsyre eller benzoylperoksyd, antiseptiske midler,
anti-metabolitter,
midler for å bekjempe hårtap som minoxidil.
I henhold til den spesifikke utførelsesform vedrører således oppfinnelsen anvendelsen av i det minste ett salt valgt fra lantanid-, mangan-, tinn og yttriumsalter og blandinger derav i et preparat som omfatter i det minste ett middel som er valgt fra anti-bakterielle midler, anti-parsittiske midler, anti-sopp midler, anti-virus midler, anti-inflammatoriske midler, anti-kløe midler, anestesimidler, keratolytiske midler, midler mot frie radikaler, anti-seborroiske midler, anti-flass midler eller anti-akne midler og/eller modulerende midler for hudpigmentering og/eller proliferasjon og/eller differensiering.
I henhold til oppfinnelsen kan fordelaktig minst ett lantanid-, mangan-, tinn- eller yttriumsalt kombineres med produkter som har en irriterende effekt og som vanlig anvendes innen det kosmetiske, dermatologiske eller farmasøytiske området, hvilke produkter noen ganger er kosmetiske, dermatologiske eller farmasøytisk aktive midler. Tilstedeværelse av en substans P antagonist i form av i det minste ett lantanid-, mangan-, tinn eller yttriumsalt i eller for fremstillingen av et kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk preparat omfattende et produkt som har en irriterende effekt gjør det mulig å svekke i vesentlig grad eller til og med undertrykke denne irriterende effekt. Dette gjør det i tillegg mulig å øke mengden av aktivt middel med en irriterende effekt i forhold til mengden av aktivt middel som normalt anvendes, for å øke effektiviteten.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører således også et kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk preparat som omfatter, i et kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk tålbart medium, minst ett produkt med irriterende effekt, som er kjennetegnet ved at det i tillegg inneholder i det minste ett salt som er valgt fra lantanid-, mangan-, tinn- og yttriumsalter og en blanding derav, foretrukket et neodym- eller yttriumsalt.
Som produkter med en irriterende effekt skal det f.eks. nevnes surfaktanter (ioniske eller ikke-ioniske), konserveringsmidler, organske løsningsmidler eller aktive midler som oc-hydroksysyrer (sitronsyre, malinsyre, glykolsyre, vinsyre, mandelsyre eller melkesyre), P~hydroksysyre (salisylsyre og dens derivater), Ct-ketosyre, P~ketosyre, retinoider (retinol, retinal, retinoidsyre), antraliner (dioksyantranol), antranoider, peroksider (særlig av benzoyl), minoxidil, litiumsalter, antimetabolitter, vitamin D og dens derivater, hårfargemidler
(parafenylendiamin og dets derivater, aminofenoler), alkoholiske parfymeoppløsninger (parfymer, "eau de toilette", etterbarberingsvann, deodoranter), antiperspiranter (bestemte aluminiumsalter), hårfjerningsmidler eller aktive midler for permanentkrølling (tioler), aktive midler for avpigmentering (hydrokinon).
Anvendelsen av en susbstans P antagonist gjør det spesielt mulig å multiplisere med fra 2 til 10 ganger, mengden av aktivt middel som har en irriterende effekt sammenlignet med det som vanligvis anvendes, uten at man føler alt det ubehag som er nevnt i det foregående. Således kan hydroksysyrene anvendes i opp til 50 vekt% av preparatet eller retinoidene opp til 5 prosent, ved at deres irriterende karakter spesielt reduseres.
Det er således klart at preparatene i henhold til oppfinnelsen som omfatter, i et kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk tålbart medium, minst ett produkt med en irriterende effekt og minst ett salt valgt fra lantanid-, mangan-, tinn- og yttriumsalter og en blanding derav, kan tilveiebringes på enhver kjent galenisk form, som dem som spesielt er beskrevet tidligere i teksten.
Det er dessuten også mulig å kombinere saltene i henhold til oppfinnelsen med CGRP (Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide eller peptid bundet til calcitoningenet) antagonister som ekstrakter av Iridaceae som Iris pallida, substans P antagonister som beskrevet i patentsøknad nr. 94 05537 innsendt av søkerne eller strontiumsalter, og antagonister av histamin, interleukin-1 og/eller TNF-0 (Tumour Necrosis Factor-alpha).
Formålet med den foreliggende oppfinnelse er i tillegg en
fremgangsmåte for kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk behandling, særlig for å redusere den irriterende effekten av et kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk preparat eller for å behandle følsom hud, som er kjennetegnet ved at et
preparat som beskrevet i det foregående påføres på huden, til håret og/eller til slimhinnene.
Fremgangsmåten for behandling i henhold til oppfinnelsen kan spesielt gjennomføres ved å påføre det hygieniske, kosmetiske eller farmasøytiske preparat som definert i det foregående i henhold til de vanlige teknikker for anvendelse av disse preparater. Påføring av kremer, geler, serumer, lotioner, melk for å fjerne make up eller "aftersun"-preparater på huden eller til håret, påføring av hårlotion til vått hår, av shampoer eller påføring av tannpasta på tannkjøttet kan f.eks. nevnes.
De etterfølgende eksempler og preparater illustrerer oppfinnelsen uten å begrense denne på noen måte. I preparatene er det indikert andeler i vekt%-andeler.

Eksempler på formuleringer som illustrerer oppfinnelsen og særlig preparatene i henhold til oppfinnelsen kombinerer minst ett lantanid-, mangan-, tinn- eller yttriumsalt og et produkt med en irriterende effekt. Disse preparater ble simpelten oppnådd ved å blande de forskjellige komponenter.
Preparat 1: Gel for behandling av akne.
Preparat 2:Lotion for å fjerne arr som skyldes akne.
Claims (20)
1. Anvendelse av i det minste ett salt valgt fra yttrium, lantan, cerium, praseodym, neodym, prometium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutetium, tinn og mangansalter og en blanding derav som substans P antagonist i eller for fremstillingen av et kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk preparat.
2. Anvendelse av i det minste ett salt valgt fra mangan, lantan, yttrium, cerium, praseodym, neodym, prometium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutetium og tinnsalter og en blanding derav i eller for fremstillingen av et farmasøytisk, kosmetisk eller dermatologisk preparat for å behandle lidelser som er forbundet med en overdreven syntese og/eller frigivelse og/eller binding av substans P.
3. Anvendelse som angitt i et av de foregående krav i eller for fremstillingen av preparatet for å behandle lidelser i sentralnervesystemet, respirasjonslidelser, allergiske syndromer, inflammasjon, smerte, gastrointestinale lidelser, hudlidelser, fibrose, kollagen maturitet-lidelser, immunologiske lidelser og/eller lidelser i urinveier eller i genitalier, oftalmiske eller pankreas lidelser.
4. Anvendelse som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav i eller for fremstillingen av det kosmetiske, dermatologiske eller farmasøytiske preparat for å behandle følsom hud.
5. Anvendelse som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav i eller for. fremstilling av det kosmetiske, immunologiske eller farmasøytiske preparat for å forebygge og/eller bekjempe hudirritasjoner og/eller utslett og/eller erytem og/eller dysestesi-fornemmelser og/eller fornemmelser av inflammasjon og/eller pruritus i huden og/eller slimhinner.
6. Anvendelse som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav hvor et salt velges fra neodym-, gadolinium- og yttriumsalter.
7. Anvendelse som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav hvor saltene utgjøres av ioner som er valgt fra klorid, borat, bikarbonat, karbonat, nitrat, hydroksyd, sulfat og glycerofosfationer, fruktsyrer og aminosyrer.
8. Anvendelse som angitt i 7, hvor ionene er klorid- eller nitrationer.
9.. Anvendelse som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav, hvor saltet anvendes i en mengde som strekker seg fra10 ~ <5> % til 20% av totalvekten av preparatet.
10. Anvendelse som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav, hvor saltet anvendes i en mengde som representerer fra 10~ <2> % til 15% av totalvekten av preparatet.
11. Anvendelse som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav, hvor preparatet i tillegg omfatter minst ett kosmetisk, dermatologisk eller farmasøytisk aktivt middel som er forskjellig fra saltene.
12. Anvendelse som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav, hvor preparatet i tillegg inneholder minst ett middel som er valgt fra anti-bakterielle midler, anti-parasitt midler, anti-soppmidler, anti-virus midler, anti-inf lammatoriske midler, anti-pruritus midler, anestesimidler, keratolytiske midler, anti-fri radikal midler, anti-seborroiske midler, anti-flassmidler eller anti-akne midler og/eller modulerende midler for hudpigmentering og/eller proliferasjon og/eller differensiering.
13. Anvendelse som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav, hvor preparatet tilveiebringes i form av en vandig, oljeaktig eller vandig-alkoholisk oppløsning, en olje-i-vann eller vann-i-olje emulsjon, en mikroemulsjon, en vannfri eller vandig gel, et serum eller en dispersjon av vesikler.
14. Anvendelse som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav, hvor preparatet i tillegg inneholder minst en antagonist valgt fra CGRP, histamin, interleukin-1 og/eller TNF, og substans P antagonister, forskjellige fra de nevnte salter.
15. Kosmetisk, farmasøytisk eller dermatologisk preparat omfattende, i et kosmetisk, farmasøytisk eller dermatologisk aksepterbart medium, i det minste ett produkt med en irriterende bivirkning,
karakterisert ved at det i tillegg omfatter minst ett yttrium- eller neodymsalt.
16. Preparat som angitt i krav 15, karakterisert ved at saltet anvendes i en mengde fra 10" <5> % til 20% av totalvekten av preparatet.
17. Preparat som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav, karakterisert ved at saltet anvendes i en mengde fra 10" <2> % til 15% av totalvekten av preparatet.
18. Preparat som angitt i krav 15 - 17, karakterisert ved at det i tillegg inneholder minst en antagonist valgt fra CGRP, histamin, interleukin-1 og/eller TNF, og substans P antagonister som er forskjellige fra de nevnte salter.
19. Preparat som angitt i et eller flere av de foregående krav, karakterisert ved at CGRP antagonisten er et Iridaceae ekstrakt.
20. Fremgangsmåte for kosmetisk behandling, karakterisert ved at det til huden, til håret og/eller til slimhinner, påføres et kosmetisk preparat som omfatter, i et kosmetisk aksepterbart medium, minst ett salt valgt fra yttrium, lantan, serum, praseodym, neodym, prometium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, tulium, ytterbium, lutetium, tinn og mangansalter og en blanding derav og eventuelt minst ett produkt med en irriterende effekt.
