Abstract

Snacksprodukt som omfatter tørkede stykker av mat i form av chips eller flak som har en foretrukket maskimumstykkelse på 0,8 mm og et foretrukket maksimumsfuktighetsinnhold på 85 vekt%. Flakene har en lett sprø tekstur og er også tyggbare. Enhver mattype kan anvendes til å danne flakene skjønt storfekjøtt er foretrukket.
