Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte for å fremstille et fast natriumdiformiatpreparat som har et maursyreinnhold på minst 35 vekt% basert på den totale vekt av natriumdiformiatpreparatet, hvor, ved forhøyede temperatur det fremstilles en vandig løsning (E) som inneholder natriumformiat og maursyre i et molart forhold for HCOOH:HCOONa som er større enn 1,5:1, og som har et molart forhold for HCOOH:H2O på minst 1,1:1, den vandige løsning (E) bringes til krystallisasjon for å fremskaffe en fast fase (F) og en moderlut (G), og den faste fase (F) separeres av fra moderluten (G), (i) moderluten (G) tilføres til et destillasjonsapparat (DV); (ii) moderluten (G) i destillasjonsapparatet (DV) blandes med en natriuminneholdende base (A) for å fremskaffe en blanding (B) som inneholder natriumformiat og maursyre; (iii) blanding av blandingen (B) som er fremskaffet fra trinn (ii) med maursyre (D) for å fremskaffe den vandige løsning (E); og (iv) overskytende vann (C) blir i hovedsak kastet ut kun ved uttak fra destillasjonsanordningen (DV); og også anvendelse av et fast natriumdiformiatpreparat som kan fremskaffes med den oppfinneriske fremgangsmåte som fôrtilsetning for dyrefôr, særlig fôr for enmagede dyr og spesielt for dyrefôr for svin og/eller fjærfe.
