Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår granuler for kontrollert frigjøring av tamsulosin som omfatter tamsulosin og en bærermatrise. Bærermatrisen omfatter 2-25 vekt% av et alginat, 30-70 vekt% av et makromolekylært stoff og 10-50 vekt% av et hydrofobt stoff. Det makromolekylære stoffet er valgt fra gruppen metakrylsyre/etylakrylat 1:1 kopolymer, metakrylsyre/metylmetakrylat 1:1 eller 1:2 kopolymerer, aminoalkylmetakrylatkopolymer, vinylacetat/krotonsyrekopolymer, polyvinylacetatftalat, etylen-vinylacetat, celluloseacetatftalat, hydroksypropylmetylcellulose, natriumkarboksymetylcellulose, karragenan, tverrbundet chitosan, polyetylenvinylacetat, poly-L-melkesyre, xantangummi og polyvinylacetat eller blandinger derav. Det hydrofobe stoffet er valgt fra gruppen som består av glyserolbehenat, glyserylmonostearat, voks, mono-, di- og trisubstituserte glyserider og kalsiumstearat eller blandinger derav.
