Abstract
En forbindelse som er i stand til binding av S1P-reseptorer (spesielt EDG-6, foretrukket EDG-1 og EDG-6). F.eks. er en forbindelse med den generelle formel (I), dens salt eller solvat, eller et prodrug derav i stand til binding av S1P-reseptorer (spesielt EDG-6, foretrukket EDG-1 og EDG-6) og er således anvendbar i forebygging og/eller behandling av immunologisk reaksjon overfor transplantat, transplantat-mot-vert-sykdom, autoimmun sykdom, allergose etc. (hvori ring A er en syklisk gruppe; ring B er en eventuelt substituert syklisk gruppe; X er en avstandsgruppe med en hovedkjede på 1 til 8 atomer, etc.; Y er en avstandsgruppe med hovedkjede på 1 til 10 atomer, etc.; og n er 0 eller 1 forutsatt at når n er 0, er m 1 and R1 er et hydrogenatom eller en substituent, og at når n er 1, er m 0 eller et helt tall 1 til 7 og R1 er en substituent, hvori når m er 2 eller større kan R1er være identiske med eller forskjellige fra hverandre).
