Abstract
Styrenharpiksblanding som omfatter en gummimodifisert styren maleinsyreanhydrid kopolymer og polybuten. Harpiksen fremstilles ved flere metoder inkludert tilsetning av polybuten til reaktoren, eller tilsetning av polybuten til sirupen som forlater reaktoren og før inntreden i devolatilisereren, eller blanding av polybuten til polymeren i en ekstruder etter at polymeren forlater devolatilisereren. Polybutenet spenner fra 0,1 til 8 vekt-% og har en tallgjennomsnittlig molekylvekt fra 900 til 2500. Gummien spenner fra 4% til 20% på vektbasis og har en partikkelstørrelse fra 0, 1 mikron til 11 mikron.
