Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av pressede deler av aluminiumlegering, omfattende følgende trinn: fremstilling av et bånd med tykkelse mellom 0,5 og 5 mm, av en legering med sammensetning (vekt%): Mg = 1-6, Mn < 1,2, Cu < 1, Zn < 1, Si < 3, Fe < 2, Cr < 0,4, Zr < 0,3, andre elementer < 0,1 hver og < 0,5 samlet, resten Al, tilskjæring av et emne av dette båndet, lokal eller total oppvarming av emnet ved en temperatur mellom 150 og 35OoC og varighet < 30 s, pressing av det oppvarmede emnet ved hjelp av et verktøy som i det minste delvis er oppvarmet, ved en temperatur mellom 150 og 350oC, i nærvær av et smøremiddel som er kompatibelt med de etterfølgende operasjoner. De pressede deler er særlig deler til et bilkarosseri.
