Description
Fremgangsmåte for inndekning av oversiden av
en overlyskarm eller lignende understøttelse.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en fremgangsmåte for inndekning av oversiden av en overlyskarm eller lignende understøttel-se i forbindelse med tildannelsen av en innvendig på karmens overside anbragt kondensvannrenne.
Overlysvinduer består i den alminnelige utformning av ett eller flere ruteelementer, som ved hjelp av en rammekonstruksjon bæres på oversiden av en i taket eller bygningens loft mon-tert karm eller lignende understøttelse av tre, plast, lettbetong, betong eller annet egnet materiale. Oversiden av slike overlys-karmer forsynes i alminnelighet med en beskyttende inndekning, som eventuelt kan utgjøre en del av den nevnte rammekonstruksjon. Denne inndekning kan være forlenget innenfor innsiden av karmen for Kfr. kl. llq<1->!/!! tildannelse av en kondensvannrenne, som oppfanger kondensvann som samler seg ved overgangen mellom overlyskarm og rute, og som fører det bort gjennom avløpskanaler, fører utenfor yttersiden av karmen.
Den kjente utførelse av den nevnte inndekning og kondensvannrenne med avløpskanaler, som kan være fremstilt i ett stykke, er i praksis utført i sink, aluminium eller annet platemateriale. Slike materialers gode termiske ledningsevne gir imidlertid anled-ning til visse ulemper, idet det dannes en kuldebro mellom på den ene side de deler av inndekningen og avløpskanalene som grenser opp til eller rager utenfor yttersiden av karmen, og på den annen side kondensvannrennen. Som følge herav vil lave ytre temperatu-rer bevirke kondensvanndannelse på undersiden av kondensvannrennen, hvilket kan bevirke alvorlige ulemper i det underliggende lokale.
Formålet med oppfinnelsen er å unngå disse ulemper, hvilket oppnåes ved å benytte fremgangsmåten ifølge oppfinnelsen, som er karakterisert ved at det anbringes konstruksjonsdeler av termisk isolerende materiale på eller ved karmen mellom inndekningen på karmens overside og kondensvannrennen og i et område mellom kondensvannrennens avløpskanal og i det minste den del av kondensvannrennen som rager inn i rommet innenfor karmen, slik at de nevnte konstruksjonsdeler vanntett forbinder inndekningen, kondensvannrennen og avløpskanalveggen.
på denne måte unngår man dannelsen av den nevnte kuldebro samtidig som den vesentlige del av den nevnte inndekning og kondensvannrenne samt avløpskanalene fremdeles kan utføres i de i praksis mest vel egnede materialer, som f.eks. sink eller aluminium.
De nevnte konstruksjonsdeler av termisk isolerende materiale fremstilles hensiktsmessig som profiler av en form som er avpasset etter formen av inndekningen, kondensvannrennen og avløps-kanalen, og med kanter som er slik utformet at det på vilkårlig måte kan dannes en vanntett kontakt med de deler av inndekningen, kondensvannrennen og avløpskanalen, mellom hvilke de nevnte konstruksjonsdeler skal anbringes. Det termisk isolerende materiale kan hensiktsmessig være av skumplast eller skum-elastomerer, og spesielt skum-neopren har vist seg vel egnet.
Fremgangsmåten ifølge oppfinnelsen skal forklares nærme-re eksempelvis under henvisning til tegningen, hvor:
fig. 1 er et snitt i en del av et overlysvindu på det sted
hvor det fra en innvendig på lyskarmens overside an-
bragt kondensvannrenne fører en avløpskanal ut i det
fri utenfor yttersiden av karmen, og
fig. 2 er et tilsvarende snitt i samme overlysvindu utenfor av-løpskanalens område.
På tegningen er en karm 1 på oversiden forsynt med en inndekning 2 av f.eks. aluminiumplate, som mot innsiden av karmen har et skrått nedadbøyd kantparti 3. Innvendig på karmens overside er det anbragt en kondensvannrenne 4, f.eks. likeledes av aluminiumplate, bestående av en skrå sideflate 5, som rager inn i rommet innenfor innsiden av karmen, en bunndel 6 og en annen oppover mot inndekningen 2 rettet sideflate 7. Fra bunnen av kondensvannrennen 4 fører ett eller flere avløpsrør 8, f.eks. også av aluminium, fra en avløpsåpning 9 gjennom karmen 1 ut i det fri. Et profil 10 av termisk isolerende materiale er anbragt mot en skrå-flate av karmen 1 ved oversiden av denne, slik at den øverste kant av profilet 10 ligger vanntett fastklemt under inndekningens 2 kantparti 3, mens dens nederste kant ligger vanntett fastklemt under kondensvannrennens 4 sideflate 7. Ved kondensvannrennens 4 av-løpsåpning 9 samvirker profilets 10 nederste kant med et U-formet profil 11 av termisk isolerende materiale, som vanntett omslutter den øvre kant av avløpsrøret 8 og ligger vanntett an mot periferi-en av avløpsåpningen 9.
Inndekningen 2, kondensvannrennen 4 og avløpsrøret 8 er på vilkårlig kjent måte festet til karmen 1. På oversiden av inndekningen 2 bæres ruteelementer 12 og 13 ved hjelp av flenser 14 og 15 og en pakning eller et limlag 16. Flensene 14 og 15 er innfattet i en ramme (ikke vist) hvorav inndekningen 2 eventuelt kan utgjøre en del.

- Fremgangsmåte for inndekning av oversiden av en overlyskarm eller lignende understøttelse i forbindelse med tildannelsen av en innvendig på karmens overside anbragt kondensvannrenne, karakterisert ved at det anbringes konstruksjonsdeler av termisk isolerende materiale på eller ved karmen mellom inndekningen på karmens overside og kondensvannrennen og i et område mellom kondensvannrennens avløpskanal og i det minste den del av kondensvannrennen som rager inn i rommet innenfor karmen, slik at de nevnte konstruksjonsdeler vanntett forbinder inndekningen, kondensvannrennen og avløpskanalveggen.
