La invencion concierne a derivados de quinazolina de la formula (I); en donde cada uno de Q1, Q2, Z, R1, R2, R3, L y m tienen cualquiera de los significados definidos en la descripcion; procesos para su preparacion , composiciones farmaceuticas que los contienen y su uso en la manufactura de un medicamento para usarse en la prevencion o tratamiento de tumores que son sensibles a la inhibicion de tirosincinasas del receptor erbB.
