Abstract
Un metodo y aparato para medir y clasificar fardos, incluyendo el concepto de determinar por lo menos un componente del centro de gravedad de dichos fardos; la determinacion del componente de centro de gravedad incluye el uso de una accion de inclinacion en combinacion con el uso de sensores para detectar el movimiento de los fardos a medida que se inclinan; otro concepto incluye el uso de sensores para determinar si un fardo es lo suficientemente rigido para proveer una accion de inclinacion o si el fardo es flexible y por ello no ofrece una accion de inclinacion sino una accion de flexion sobre el punto de pivote.
