Abstract
El metodo para la esterificacion de un acido graso F se lleva a cabo en una columna (1) con un conjunto (3, 4) de una o varias partes. Ademas de la funcion como un reactor, el conjunto tiene la funcion de una seccion de separacion. Se forma una zona de reaccion (3) al menos en la parte superior, en la cual se lleva a cabo una catalisis heterogenea del acido graso F con un alcohol A usada en la misma relacion molar o en exceso. Por vaporizacion se produce en el colector un contraflujo (50) gaseoso con alto contenido de alcohol. Se remueve agua de la zona de reaccion por medio del contraflujo que actua como un gas de separacion. El gas (60) de separacion cargado se licua al menos parcialmente en la parte superior de la columna. El producto de la parte superior se separa en una fraccion (63) de alto contenido de agua asi como una fraccion (62) de alto contenido de alcohol. La fraccion de alto contenido de alcohol se regresa al proceso como un material de inicio para la esterificacion y para la produccion del gas de separacion.
