Abstract
Una parte unida como en el caso de hule unido con una parte metálica y el proceso para producir una parte unida incluyendo una parte de hule y de metal y particularmente para producir un amortiguador de vibraciones torsionales para aplicaciones automotrices, abarcando los pasos de colocar la composición de hule no vulcanizado que comprende un elastómero, al menos un vulcanizador y de preferencia al menos un adhesivo adyuvante de hule con metal, en un molde conformador y vulcanizar el elastómero en dos etapas, en donde en la primera etapa del vulcanizado, la composición del elastómero no está totalmente vulcanizada y en la segunda etapa, llevada a cabo de preferencia con la composición elastomérica en contacto con una superficie metálica de la parte de hule y metal, la composición elastomérica está al menos totalmente vulcanizada. De acuerdo a una incorporación, este invento permite la eliminación del paso de aplicar un adhesivo a la superficie metálica antes de la aplicación de la composición elastomérica.
