Abstract

Se pretende construir un sistema de reaccion por medio del cual un peptido producido en un sistema de sintesis de peptido in vitro pueda ser aislado eficientemente en una alta pureza del sistema de reaccion y, al mismo tiempo, resolver el problema de consumo de energia en el sistema de reaccion; un procedimiento para producir un peptido o un derivado de peptido usando un sistema de reaccion para transcribir un ADN en un ARN y despues traducir el ARN producido, o un sistema de reaccion para traducir un ARN in vitro, caracterizado porque algunos o todos los componentes de proteina que constituyen el sistema de reaccion de transcripcion/traduccion estan marcados con una sustancia de un par de sustancias que se adhieren entre si, y la otra sustancia se usa como un adsorbente para capturar despues de la traduccion dichos componentes de proteina marcados.
