Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a una superficie de metal aluminífero que se pone en contacto de 25 a 65 degree C durante 2 a 100 segundos con un baño de tratamiento de superficie con un pH de 1.0 a 6.0, que contiene iones fosfato, compuestos de titanio y/o circonio disueltos, aniones que contienen fluor disueltos, y un polímero soluble en agua en las siguientes proporciones en peso: 1-100: 1-50: 1-200: 1-200. Esto es seguido por un enjuague con agua y secado. El polímero soluble en agua tiene una estructura química conforme a la formula (I): en la cual cada uno de X1 y X2 representan un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupo alquilo de C1 a C5, o un grupo hidroxialquilo de C1 a C5; cada uno de Y1 y Y2 representan un átomo de hidrogeno o una porcion "Z" que conforma la formula (II) o (III): en donde cada uno de R1, R2, R3, R4 y R5 representan un grupo alquilo de C1 a C10 o un grupo hidroxialquilo de C1 a C10; el valor promedio del numero de porciones Z sustituidas en cada anillo aromático en la molécula polimérica es desde 0.2 a 1.0; n es un entero; y el valor promedio de n para el polímero total es desde 2 a 50.
