Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con compuestos de la formula (I), en la que A es fenilo, naftilo, piridilo, pirazinilo, piridazinilo, pirimidilo, tienilo, tiazolilo, oxazolilo, tiadiazolilo sustituidos opcionalmente que tienen por lo menos dos átomos de carbono en el anillo adyacente o un sistema de anillo bicíclico, con la condicion de que los grupos de enlace -CH(R3)N(R2)BR1 Y -OCH(R4)-D se colocan en una relacion 1.2 entre sí en los átomos de carbono del anillo y el átomo en el anillo colocado en otro para el grupo de enlace -CHR4 (y por lo tanto en la posicion 3 relativa al grupo de enlace -CHR3NR2) no está sustituido, B es un sistema de anillo sustituido opcionalmente; D es un sistema de anillo sustituido opcionalmente, R1 es una variedad del grupo como se definio en la descripcion; R2 es hidrogeno, alquilo de C1-6, alquenilo de C2-6, alquinilo de C2-6, fenilalquilo de C1-3, o heteroarilalquilo de C1-3 de 5 o 6 miembros, R3 es hidrogeno o alquilo de C1-4; R4 es hidrogeno o alquilo de c1-4, y N-oxidos de NR2 donde sea químicamente posible,; y S-oxidos de azufre que contienen anillos donde sea químicamente posible; y sales farmacéuticamente aceptables y ésteres y amidas de los mismos hidrolizables in vivo.
