Abstract

Un método para fabricar un conjunto de pantalla luminiscente en una superficie interior de un panel de placa frontal para un CRT de color incluye los pasos de aplicar uniformemente una solucion de un material, a fin de formar una capa orgánica conductiva (OC) y sobrecubrir la capa OC con una solucion, con el proposito de formar una capa fotoconductiva orgánica (OPC), en la superficie interior del panel de placa frontal. La capa OPC es acondicionada dirigiendo una corriente de gas seco en la misma para calentar la capa OPC a una temperatura de precalentamiento, manteniendo al mismo tiempo el panel a una temperatura del panel menor que la tempea a radiacion infrarroja para incrementar rápidamente la temperatura de la capa OPC a una temperatura de curado, mayor que la temperatura de precalentamiento, a fin de remover parte de los constituyentes volatilizables de la capa OPC, sin incrementar sustancialmente la temperatura del panel. Entonces, la capa OPC es enfriada dirigiendo por lo menos, una corriente de gas frío a la superficie de la misma, a fin de disminuir la temperatura de la capa OPC a una temperatura de procesamiento subsecuente.
