Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un nuevo compuesto poliazamacrolítico ó una sal del mismo y con sus usos como agentes específico tisular. El compuesto presenta fórmula: ([CH2]xNR) y donde x es 2, 3 ó una combinación de p 2(s) y q(s) en donde p + q y; y es 3 ó 4; R es (CH2)zP(O)OR1OR; R1 es H o CH3; R2 es C³H1+2n; n es 4 a 6; z es 1 a 3. Es una realización importante, este compuesto puede formar un complejo con un metal para resultar en un complejo de compuesto poliazamacrocíclico con la fórmula: ([CH2]xNR) y M+r, donde R es 2 ó 3; y M es un ión metálico, incluso un lantánido, un metal pesado ó un metal radionúclido.
