Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso mejorado para la preparación de cefalosporinas por reacción de compuestos tales como ácido 7-amino-cefalosporánico o sus derivados con derivados de alfa-amino ácidos en presencia de una enzima acilasa de penicilina apropiadamente inmovilizada bajo las siguientes condiciones, independientemente, o en combinación: (1) a una temperatura en la gama de 0ºC a + 20ºC; o (2) a pH ambiente; con una proporción molar alta de alfa-amino ácido a un núcleo cefalosporánico.
