Abstract

Un método para moler harina y sus sistema, que comprende las etapas de separar (60) la materia extraña del trigo crudo, humedecer (70) el trigo crudo, pulir o refinar (10) el trigo crudo y acondicionar (40) el trigo pulido y además comprende una etapa de limpiar (20) el trigo pulido en una etapa subsiguiente del pulido del trigo crudo. El método de moler harina y sus sistemas puede además comprender una etapa de agitar (30) el trigo pulido limpio en una etapa subsiguiente de la etapa de limpieza del trigo pulido.
