Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a pigmentos en forma de plaquitas modificados superficialmente a base de substratos en forma de plaquitas, los cuales están cubiertos con una capa de dióxido de titanio y una capa delgada que se encuentra arriba hecha de un titanato alcalinotérreo, donde el pigmento, para aumentar la fotoestabilidad y para disminuir la reactividad superficial con respecto a los compuestos orgánicos, se pone al rojo a temperaturas de por lo menos 800°C.
