Abstract

La présente invention concerne des pigments jaunes verdâtres, jaunes et jaunes orangés. Ces pigments sont constitués de vanadate de bismuth monoclinique, de phosphate de bismuth monoclinique et de phosphate d'aluminium orthorhombique, et, dans le cas des pigments jaunes et jaunes orangés, également d'un composé à base de Bi2 O3 et V 2 O5 dont les spectres de diffraction X présentent les pics suivants : 1,87, 1,88, 2,41, 2,77, 2,80, 3,11, 3,82 et 7,6 angström. Ils présentent un rapport molaire Bi 2 O3 /P2 O5 égal à 1 et un rapport molaire Bi 2 O3 /V2 O5 compris entre 1,39 et 5,59, tandis que leur rapport molaire A12 O3 /V2 O5 se situe dans des intervalles précisés. Ils se préparent par calcination en présence d'air de BiPO 4 , Al2 O3 et V2 O5 ou de composés de Al et de V capables de former Al2 O3 et V2 O5 au cours de la calcination.
