Abstract
La presente divulgación provee viriones de virus adenoasociado recombinante (rAAV) que comprenden una variante de proteína de cápside de AAV, por ejemplo, una proteína de cápside de AAV derivada de una secuencia de aminoácidos de proteína de cápside de AAV ancestral.
