Abstract

El método de cumplimiento de órdenes al elaborar unidades (T) de producto y/u órdenes disponibles desde una instalación (1) de almacenamiento en una secuencia deseada en una estación(10) de recolección en donde la instalación de almacenamiento comprende: • - una estantería de almacenamiento que comprende una pluralidad de estantes de almacenamiento de diversos niveles en los cual se almacenan las unidades de producto y/u orden, en donde los estantes de almacenamiento se disponen espalda con espalda en pares y tienen un pasillo (2) entre pares; • - se proporciona al menos un dispositivo (5) de almacenamiento y recuperación automática tipo lanzadera por pasillo y por nivel para cada pasillo (2) de estantería de almacenamiento, en donde las unidades de producto y/u orden se almacenan y recuperan desde los estantes de almacenamiento por el dispositivo (5) de almacenamiento y recuperación automática; • - se utiliza al menos un elevador (8) para transferir las unidades de producto y/u orden en al menos un transportador (6) de salida del almacén; • - se proporciona al menos un transportador (4) de entrada al almacén por el elevador (8) para alimentar las unidades de producto y/u orden hacia la estantería de almacenamiento; • - se proporciona al menos un transportador (6) de salida de almacén con el elevador (8) para recuperación de unidades de producto y/u orden a partir de la estantería de almacenamiento; • - al menos una estación (10) de recolección semi o totalmente automática para la recolección de unidades de producto en unidades de orden, para el cumplimiento de órdenes, a las cuales se alimentan unidades de producto y/u orden; • - en donde las unidades (T) de producto y/u orden se intercambian directamente entre dos estantes (R) de almacenamiento contiguos desde un estante de almacenamiento fuente hasta un estante de almacenamiento de destino adyacente mediante las ubicaciones (Q) de transporte cruzado en los estantes de almacenamiento mismos; en donde • - cada elevador (8) se conecta directamente a una estación (10) de recolección en un nivel de recolección por el transportador (4) de entrada al almacén y el transportador (6) de salida del almacén.
