Abstract

Método para cumplimiento de pedidos que comprende: seleccionar manualmente artículos por lotes al combinar diversos artículos de diversos pedidos diferentes en un contenedor común desde el inventario de acuerdo con los pedidos para los artículos; - reenviar el contenedor común hacia una estación de descarga, en donde los artículos se colocan en receptáculos al colocar varios artículos en cada uno de los receptáculos de lote; - enrutar al menos algunos de los receptáculos de lote hacia una estación de embalaje y hacia una instalación de almacenamiento y almacenar los receptáculos de lote en las mismas; - cuando todos los artículos individuales almacenados en la instalación de almacenamiento automatizada se encuentren disponibles para completar un pedido, recuperar y trasportar los receptáculos de lote almacenados que contienen estos artículos en una de la pluralidad de estaciones de embalaje para recuperación de artículo específico para el cumplimiento del pedido; embalar los artículos recuperados con otros artículos recuperados de un pedido en una estación de embalaje; y enrutar los receptáculos de lote a las estaciones de embalaje adicionales.
