Abstract
Método de cumplimiento de órdenes al elaborar ordenes disponibles en unidades de órdenes por la recolección de unidades de producto en una instalación de almacenamiento en donde, - la instalación de almacenamiento tiene un área (I) de almacenamiento y recolección manual; - la instalación de almacenamiento tiene un área (II) de estantería de almacenamiento y recuperación automatizada; - el área (II) de estantería de almacenamiento y recuperación automatizada se dispone corriente abajo o corriente arriba del área (I) de recolección manual y se conecta al área de recolección manual por un transportador de enrutamiento, el cual lleva al área (IV) de envío; -el área (I) de almacenamiento y recolección manual comprende estaciones de recolección manual suministradas y dispuestas a lo largo de la extensión del transportador de enrutamiento y que suministra al transportador de enrutamiento con unidades de orden recolectadas en las estaciones de recolección manual; - el área (II) de estantería de almacenamiento y recuperación automatizada comprende: - una estantería de recuperación que comprende una pluralidad de estanterías de almacenamiento de multiniveles en las que se almacenan unidades de producto y/u orden, en donde las estanterías de almacenamiento se disponen espalda a espalda en pares y tienen un pasillo entre pares; - al menos un transportador de entrada al almacén proporcionado para alimentar las unidades de producto y/u orden hacia la estantería de almacenamiento; - al menos un transportador de salida del almacén proporcionado para la recuperación de unidades de producto y/u orden desde la estantería de almacenamiento; - al menos un dispositivo de almacenamiento y recuperación automático proporcionado para cada uno de los pasillos de la estantería de almacenamiento, en donde las unidades de producto y/u orden se almacenan y se recuperan desde las estanterías de almacenamiento por el almacenamiento y recuperación automático; - al menos un dispositivo de elevación.
