Abstract
Partículas nanoestructuras novedosas formadas por la introducción de un sólido seleccionado de interés en una matriz de fluido estructurado formada por la dispersión de un pequeño componente de molécula receptora anfitriona, tal como un polisacárido en estado natural o modificado, cavitando, azúcar sencillo, poliol sencillo u otra molécula estructurada de forma similar conocido por ser útil como un receptor anfitrión, en un medio ácido u otro disolvente, en donde el tamaño de partícula del sólido introducido se reduce y o es limitado en la matriz fluida estructurada, por la incorporación o unión al receptor anfitrión. El proceso de mezclado de un solo paso, sencillo, resulta en dispersiones coloidales estabilizadas de nanopartículas útiles en una gran variedad de aplicaciones.
