Abstract
Un proceso (10) para separar una corriente de hidrocarburo de multicomponente (26) que comprende etileno, al menos un polímero y otros componentes que incluyen la inflamabilidad de la corriente de hidrocarburo multicomponente en una primera etapa de inflamabilidad (12) a partir de una presión elevada mayor a 30 bar(a) y una temperatura elevada dentro del rango de 150°C a 185°C, hasta una presión de inflamabilidad dentro del rango de 10 bar(a) a 30 bar(a), producir un primer producto de sobrecarga de vapor que contiene etileno (28) en una presión dentro del rango de 10 bar(a) a 30 bar(a) y un producto de fondo de la primera etapa de inflamabilidad (30.1) que incluye parte del etileno, el al menos un polímero y algunos de los otros componentes. La presión de inflamabilidad y la temperatura elevada de la corriente de hidrocarburo de multicomponente (26) se selecciona de modo que el producto del fondo de la primera etapa de inflamabilidad (30.1) tenga una concentración de al menos un polímero menor a 5% en masa para convertir la viscosidad del producto del fondo de la primera etapa de inflamabilidad (30.1) en la temperatura del producto del fondo de la primera etapa de inflamabilidad (30.1) en la primera etapa de inflamabilidad (12) en menos de 1000 cP en un corte de 1 por segundo. Al menos una parte del producto del fondo de la primera etapa de inflamabilidad (30.1) se calienta a una temperatura con exceso de 150°C para formar un producto del fondo de la primera etapa de inflamabilidad (30.2). Una parte de reciclado (30.3) del producto del fondo de la primera etapa de inflamabilidad calentado (30.2) se combina con la corriente de hidrocarburo de multicomponente (26), la cual está a una temperatura menor a 150°C antes de la combinación con la parte de reciclado (30.3), para calentar de esta forma la corriente de hidrocarburo de multicomponente (26) a la temperatura elevada dentro del rango de 150°C a 185°C. Al menos una parte (32) del producto del fondo de la primera etapa de inflamabilidad y el primer producto de sobrecarga del vapor que contiene etileno (28) son extraídos de la primera etapa de inflamabilidad (12).
