Abstract
El butadieno se forma por medio de la deshidrogenación de butenos que se mezclan con vapor y oxígeno y después se convierten en butadieno por medio de deshidrogenación oxidativa sobre un catalizador de óxido ferrítico, en donde el calor sensible en el producto de reacción de deshidrogenación oxidativa se utiliza junto con el calor producido por medio de la oxidación térmica de productos volátiles de valor bajo formados para reducir los requerimientos de energía y las emisiones de CO2 el calor sensible se utiliza a alta temperatura para propósitos de supercalentar la alimentación a temperaturas de algún modo inferiores para propósitos de vaporizar la alimentación en ubicaciones secuenciales en el procedimiento.
