Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un ingrediente antioxidante de bajo contenido calórico, inferior a 20 kcal/100 g, caracterizado porque comprende la siguiente composición en porcentaje en peso: agua 2-10% Antioxidantes totales 6-35% Antioxidantes tipo II, enlazados a matriz vegetal 5-30% Antioxidantes tipo I, extraíbales con disolventes 1-5% Polisacáridos y lignina 10-40% Proteínas 2-10% Minerales, vitaminas y otros constituyentes naturales 2-8% Azúcares 0-5%.
