Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу изготовления ингредиента настаиваемого напитка, причем способ включает следующие стадии: а) обеспечение неподслащенных кусочков фруктов; (б) обработку кусочков фруктов с целью уменьшения содержания в них сахара не менее чем на 35%; и затем (с) сушку кусочков фруктов до влажности менее 30%, предпочтительно до влажности от 0,1 до 10%, причем стадия (б) способа включает первое центрифугирование кусочков фруктов.
