LA BEBIDA COMPRENDE ZUMO DE NARANJA NATURAL Y EXTRACTO DE PANAX GINSENG, EN UNA PROPORCION DE PANAX GINSENG COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0,2 Y 2 GRAMOS POR LITRO DE ZUMO DE NARANJA, PREFERENTEMENTE ENTRE 0,4 Y 1 GRAMO POR LITRO DE ZUMO DE NARANJA, TENIENDO EL EXTRACTO DE GINSENG UNA PUREZA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 27 Y 30 POR CIENTO DE GLICOSIDOS DE SAPONINA. EN EL PROCEDIMIENTO SE EFECTUA LA MEZCLA INDICADA, PROCEDIENDO A LA PASTEURIZACION DEL ZUMO MEZCLADO, AUMENTANDO LA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 70 Y 80 C DURANTE UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 10 Y 60 SEGUNDOS, Y PROCEDIENDO POSTERIORMENTE Y DE MANERA INSTANTANEA A REDUCIR LA TEMPERATURA A 6 C Y VOLVIENDO A MEZCLAR EL RESULTADO, DE FORMA MECANICA EN DEPOSITO ISOTERMICO, PARA SU POSTERIOR ENVASADO.
