Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una composición de mezcla de polietileno adecuada para película soplada, método para producir la misma y películas hechas a partir de la misma. La composición de mezcla de polietileno adecuada para película soplada, de acuerdo con la presente invención, comprende el producto de mezclado de fusión de: (a) desde 5 por ciento o menos en peso de un primer polietileno de baja densidad (primer LDPE) teniendo una densidad en el rango desde 0.915 hasta 0.935 g/cm3, y un índice de fusión (12) en el rango desde más de 0.8 a menos de o igual a 5 g/10 minutos, y una distribución de peso molecular (Mw/Mn) en el rango desde 6 hasta 10; (b) desde 5 hasta 50 por ciento en peso de un segundo polietileno de baja densidad (segundo LDPE) teniendo una densidad en el rango desde 0.915 hasta 0.935 g/cm3, y un índice de fusión (12) en el rango desde 0.1 hasta menos de o igual a 5 g/10 minutos, y una distribución de peso molecular (Mw/Mn) en el rango desde 6 hasta 10; con la condición de que el segundo LDPE tiene un índice de fusión (12) que es diferente del índice de fusión (12) de primer LDPE; (c) desde 44 por ciento o más en peso de un polietileno de baja densidad lineal heterogéneo (hLLDPE) teniendo una densidad en el rango desde 0.917 hasta 0.950 g/cm3, y un índice de fusión (12) en el rango desde 0.1 hasta menos de o igual a 5 g/10 minutos: (d) opcionalmente un agente neutralizante basado en hidrotalcita, (e) opcionalmente uno o más agentes nucleantes; y (f) opcionalmente uno o más antioxidantes. Cuando dicha composición de mezcla de polietileno es formada en una película vía un proceso de película soplada, la velocidad de producción es mejorada al menos 6 por ciento, por ejemplo, 7 por ciento, en relación a una composición de mezcla de polietileno que consiste esencialmente de (a) un componente de polietileno de baja densidad lineal heterogéneo similar; y (b) un segundo componente de polietileno de baja densidad similar.
