Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una composición de mezcla madre, un método para producir la misma, composiciones poliméricas adecuadas para películas y películas elaboradas a partir de la misma. La composición de mezcla madre de la presente invención comprende: (a) de 70 a 90% en peso de un material de relleno que comprende carbonato de calcio; y (b) de 10 a 30% en peso de una composición de copolímero de propileno/alfa-olefina, en donde dicha composición de copolímero de propileno/alfa-olefina tiene una cristalinidad en el rango de 1% en peso a 30% en peso, un calor de fusión en el rango de 2 Julios/gramo a 50 Julios/gramo y un punto de fusión de DSC en el rango de 25°C a 110°C.
