Abstract
La invención tiene que ver con un método para producir un producto de acero plano con una elevada reflectancia, las superficies del cual tienen una rugosidad media aritmética Ra de menos de 0.03 µm, producto de acero plano el cual, que cuando menos una superficie tiene una rugosidad media aritmética Ra < 2.5 µm, es rolado en frío en una pluralidad de pasos de rolado, la tasa de formación total lograda a través del rolado en frío es 75 - 90%, la tasa de formación cae de paso de laminado a paso de laminado, la presión del rolado en el primer paso de laminado es 200 - 800 MPa y la presión de rolado en el paso de laminado final es 1,000 - 4,000 MPa, el rolado en frío tiene lugar con la adición de un aceite de laminado con una viscosidad de 5 - 10 mm2/ a 40 °C, la velocidad de laminado es >200 m/min y el rolado en frío cuando menos en el paso de laminado final tiene lugar con un rodillo de trabajo que tiene una rugosidad media Ra< 0.01 µm. El producto de acero plano rolado en frío es entonces recocido bajo una atmosfera de gas protector y re-rolado en seco. La invención también se relaciona con un producto de acero plano producido correspondientemente y un concentrador solar, producido a partir de tal producto de acero plano.
