Abstract

Ein Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Flachprodukten aus Stahl aus stranggegossenen Brammen großer oder mittlerer Dicke oder aus Dünnsträngen, die gestaucht werden und die anschließend eine Vorstraße und eine Fertigstraße durchlaufen, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flachprodukte vor dem Stauchen an ihren Bandkanten entzundert werden. Das Verfahren wird in einer Walzstraße ausgeführt, die wenigstens eine erste Stauchvorrichtung (1), eine Vorstraße und eine Fertigstraße umfasst. Die Walzstraße ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der ersten Stauchvorrichtung (1) eine erste Entzunderungsvorrichtung (2) zur Entzunderung der Bandkanten der Flachprodukte angeordnet ist.
