Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a métodos y composiciones para hacer alimentos de panadería con base en masa, como pan que tiene períodos de conservación libre de moho extendidos, por medio de nuevos polvos antimicrobianos que comprenden un agente antimicrobiano dispersado en un portador.
