Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a los productos nutricionales que comprenden los hidrolizados de proteína de chícharo como fuente de proteína primaria o única. Los productos nutricionales incluyen líquidos, polvos, barras nutricionales, y otros productos nutricionales, donde los productos nutricionales resultantes son físicamente estables durante la vida de estante y proporcionan las propiedades organolépticas favorables.
