Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una polinucleótido que comprende una porción de secuencia de señal 5´y una porción de toxina 3´en donde: (a) la porción de toxina 3´ codifica para un polipéptido de toxina bacteriana madura que tiene una secuencia de aminoácido por lo menos 90% idéntica a SEQ ID NO: 32; y (b) la porción de secuencia de señal 5´codifica para un polipéptido que tiene una secuencia de aminoácido capaz de dirigir el transporte de dicho polipéptido de toxina bacteriana hacia el periplasma bacteriano cuando se expresa en una célula hospedera bacteriana, y en donde la secuencia de señal 5´no se obtiene a partir de C.diphtheriae.
